Terms & Conditions

 

By engaging AC Media Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”), the client (“you”, “your”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Service Fees and Advertising Budgets

  • All packages reflect service fees only and do not include marketing ad spend.

  • If your monthly advertising budget is, for example, R50,000, this will be billed in addition to your selected service package fee or any agreed custom service fee.

  • You are responsible for the full ad budget spend, which will be invoiced separately from service fees.

2. Additional Services and Subscriptions

  • Services not included in your selected package (e.g., software subscriptions or third-party tools) will be billed separately on a monthly basis.

  • You will be notified in advance of any additional costs.

3. On-Site & Drone Videography

  • If on-site filming or drone videography is required, all related travel, transportation, and accommodation costs will be charged to the client.

  • Drone footage is billed at R5,000 per 2 hours, including standard editing.

4. Custom Services

  • Custom services not listed in standard packages will incur a R5,000 fee per service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Completion Timeline

  • All standard services are subject to a minimum two-week turnaround time, depending on project scope and responsiveness from the client.

6. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • All creative work, media, and content produced by AC Media Agency remain the property of AC Media Agency.

  • Upon termination of the contract, you may request to purchase rights to the content created during the contract term.

  • Usage without proper authorization or license constitutes a breach of copyright.

7. Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required before work commences.

  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion or as per agreed milestones.

  • Invoices are payable within 7 days of receipt. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest.

8. Cancellation & Termination

  • Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days’ written notice.

  • No refunds will be issued for work already completed or underway at the time of termination.

9. Liability

  • While we strive to achieve optimal results, AC Media Agency makes no guarantees regarding ad performance, SEO rankings, or specific outcomes.

10. Confidentiality

  • All client information, strategies, and materials are treated as confidential and will not be shared without prior written consent.
